I’m a nice guy.
But not a “bless your heart” Southern belle kind of nice.
If you want someone to tell you what a great job you’re doing, call your mom. Or get a mirror. They’re both cheaper and more affirming.
If you want to walk off a cliff and have a coach, mentor, or “accountability partner” pat you on the back all the way down, there are plenty of folks who’ll happily take your money. They’ll smile, nod, and invoice you while you plummet.
That’s not me.
My job isn’t to be your cheerleader — it’s to be your reality check. I’ll ask the questions that make you squirm. I’ll call you out when you confuse motion with progress. I’ll challenge you when your strategy sounds like wishful thinking with a PowerPoint deck.
If you want a coach who tells you you’re perfect, buy a dog.
If you want a coach who helps you get better, buckle up.
Because growth doesn’t come from comfort. It comes from friction — from being asked the hard questions that make you rethink what you thought you knew.
I’m not here to make you feel good.
I’m here to make you better.
